OPINION

CHIN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Elizabeth Schwartz, a cancer patient since 1991, is insured by defendants Oxford Health Plans, Inc. and Oxford Health Plans (N.Y.), Inc. (together, “Oxford”). She commenced this action pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”), to recover medical insurance benefits for treatment she received at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (“Sloan-Kettering”), as well as a declaratory judgment clarifying the extent to which she may obtain reimbursement for her ongoing treatment expenses.
