OPINION
HOCHBERG, District Judge.
Introduction:
This Matter is brought pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et. seq. and calls upon the Court to determine: 1) whether to grant Defendants’ motion to dismiss for failure to exhaust;1 and 2) whether to grant class certification in each of the above-captioned cases. “ERISA was enacted to ‘promote the interests of employees and their beneficiaries in employee benefit plans’ and ‘to protect contractually defined benefits.’ ” Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. v.
