¶1 Junkermier, Clark, Campanella, Stevens, P.C. (Junkermier) lost its Bozeman branch office after all but one of its Bozeman shareholders decided to start their own firm, taking most of Junkermier’s clients with them. Junkermier sought to enforce a contractual covenant restricting competition, but the Eighteenth Judicial District Court held the agreement unenforceable. The court also rejected Junkermier’s claim for damages against some of the Appellees for breach of fiduciary duty. We consider the following issues on appeal:
