We take the following summary of the facts alleged in the appellants’ complaint, in this case, from the briefs of appellees’ counsel:

The appellants allege, in their complaint, that they are the: owners of real or personal property in Center township or in the city of Laporte, which is an incorporated city within said towmship, which is subject to taxation within said township, and which is assessed for taxation on the tax duplicate for the year 1882; that on the 21st day of June, 1881, a petition, signed by ninety-three persons who claim to be freeholders of said Center township, was…
