The named defendant, the planning commission of the town of Simsbury (planning commission), appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiffs, River Bend Associates, Inc., Griffin Land and Nurseries, Inc. (Griffin), and Fairfield 2000 Homes Corporation.
