HUDOCK, Judge:

Appellant appeals from the order of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas that denied his petition for a writ of certiorari. Appellant filed this petition after being adjudicated delinquent for possession of a weapon on school property and knowing and intentional possession of a controlled substance.1 In this appeal, Appellant contends that evidence seized from his person should have been suppressed under both the United States and Pennsylvania Constitutions. His argument with respect to the Pennsylvania Constitution presents a question of first impression in this Commonwealth.…
