{¶ 1} This appeal presents an array of legal questions that arise from the sale of shares of stock in a closely held corporation 25 years ago. Appellee Michael K. Cundall filed a complaint in 2006 alleging fraud, self-dealing, and other breaches of fiduciary duties by trustees of certain family trusts in transacting the sale. He sought a constructive trust over the proceeds of the sales, a declaration of rights under the trusts, and $300 million in compensatory and punitive damages.
