MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, JR., District Judge.
Plaintiff Jay Hawkins brings this employment discrimination action against several Defendants, including Montgomery County, Maryland. Pending before the Court are three Motions: (1) Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment; (2) Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint; and (3) Plaintiffs Motion for Sanctions for Fabrication and Spoliation of Evidence.
