APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of Los ■Angeles County and from an order denying a new trial. Paul J. McCormick, Judge. Affirmed. The facts are stated in the opinion of the court.

By an indictment containing twelve counts, defendant, in each of six counts, was charged with the crime of obtaining money by false pretenses, as defined in section 532 of the Penal Code, and in each of the six remaining counts he was charged with the crime of embezzlement. He was acquitted of the embezzlement charges and convicted on each of the counts charging him with the crime of obtaining money by false pretenses, the jury returning a separate verdict on each count.
