SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

On October 15 and 17-19, 1990, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members at Fort Ord, California. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of three specifications of committing indecent acts with a child under the age of 16, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. The court-martial sentenced appellant to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 14 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to El.
