Mark B. Aronson (Aronson) appeals pro se from an order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) that dismissed his formal complaint against The Peoples Natural Gas Company (Peoples), determining that (1) Peoples’ utility charges are exempted from the disclosure requirement under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601-1667Í, and (2) the public utility services provided by Peoples were adequate and reasonable under Section 1501 of the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa.C.S. § 1501.
