The original bill in this cause was filed to con-

firm a sale negotiated by the equitable owners of certain business property in Chattanooga, Tennessee, which was owned by the complainant Mrs. Rugg, a tenant in common with the minor defendant T. C. Green, Jr,. The contract price was the sum of $50,000, of which $10,000 was to be paid in cash and the balance payable in installments over a period of six years.
