This is a suit by J. E. Buck, trustee for certain creditor insurance companies and agencies of the Opelousas Insurance Agency, Inc., against Henry D. Larcade, Jr., former president of that insurance agency, on certain items aggregating $2,981.25, alleged to be due by^ reason of an “agreement of trusteeship,” entered into by the Opelousas Insurance Agency, Inc., and certain insurance companies and agencies, represented in that agreement by J.
