LAND, Justice.
Warren Cox is the owner of 60 acres of land in Webster Parish, described as the S.E. % of S.E. % and E. % of S.Wi % of S.E. 14 of Section. 23, .Township 21 North, Range 10 West. September 11, 1922, Warren Cox, the landowner, executed a mineral lease on the whole of this property to J. Y. Snyder for a term of three years, or until September 11, 1925. Tr. p. 62. February 19, 1924, this lease was transferred by J. Y. Snyder to The Ohio Oil Company.
