Adelecia Aciden, the former wife of Isaac Franklin, deceased, seeks to set aside, on the ground of error, various acts by which she renounced all her rights in the property composing the succession of her late husband, and claims her community rights therein, on the ground that at the time of her marriage with Franklin, in the State of Tennessee, in April, 1839, he was domiciliated in this State, and that the matrimonial domicil having been in Louisiana until the dissolution of the marriage, the distribution of the real estate acquired here…
