This controversy arises on the will of the deceased, directing that the one-third of his property, given to his granddaughter, shall be administered during her minority by his two sons constituted his executors, the proceeds to be invested by them and the property and accrued revenues to be delivered to her when she attains her majority, the administration and control of the executors to be “ to the exclusion of all others.” This portion of the will is attacked by the father and tutor of the granddaughter on the grounds, substantially, that…
