This matter is before the Court on three motions filed by defendants Harvard Community Health Plan of New England, Inc. (“HCHP-NE”) and Leon G. Danish, D.D.S. (“Danish”). First, defendants move to dismiss plaintiffs claim for compensatory and punitive damages and expert witness fees under the 1991 amendments to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
