In this ease, plaintiff, Cynthia Wyss, alleges sexual harassment and retaliation against her employer, General Dynamics Corporation (“General Dynamics”), her immediate supervisor, Paul Jeffrey (“Jeffrey”), and his supervisor Doug Poole (“Poole”).
She brings suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
