OPINION
TENNEY, District Judge.
Plaintiff Catherine Masiello brings this action pursuant to the Federal Employers Liability Act (“FELA”), 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. (1988), against her employer Metro-North Commuter Railroad (“Metro- North”), and its predecessor, Consolidated Rail Corporation (“Conrail”). Plaintiff alleges that defendants were negligent in failing to protect her from various forms of sexual harassment which resulted in her suffering emotional and physical injuries.
