This is an original application for a writ of prohibition to restrain the district court of San Juan county and the Honorable Charles A. Pike, judge thereof, from proceeding further in a certain cause pending in said court, and to compel the court to quash, set aside and annul certain orders appointing receivers therein, and authorizing receivers’ certificates of indebtedness.
