This is an application for a writ of prohibition directed to the respondents herein, the Superior Court of San Bernardino County and the judges thereof, preventing further action in a proceeding instituted in said court under the provisions of section lb of the Water Commission Act (Stats. 1923, p. 162) for the purpose of a review of a certain order of the division of water rights, provided for in said act, granting to the Mojave Biver Irrigation District a permit to appropriate water from the Mojave Biver.
