This is an application for a writ of mandate directing the board of supervisors of Yolo County to set aside a specific order heretofore given by them in the matter of the petition of plaintiffs to have certain lands situated in Reclamation District No. 730 of said Yolo County set off and erected into an independent district, by which order the petition was denied, and to enter an order granting the petition.
