MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

On February 2, 2000, Plaintiff Dwight Nixon filed a pro se complaint in this court, alleging that his former employer, Defendant Muehlberger Concrete Construction Company, discriminated and retaliated against him in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 1 This court ordered Plaintiff to supplement his complaint, and when he failed to do so, dismissed the case.
