MEMORANDUM OPINION
GLEN M. WILLIAMS, District Judge.
The consolidated civil actions, 84-0163-B and 84-0195-B, are now before this court on each of the defendants’ motions to dismiss and defendant Herman Mullins’ motion for sanctions. Plaintiff, Donald Welch, instituted these actions in bankruptcy court after filing a petition for bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia. Because the bankruptcy court was without jurisdiction over the matters, which involve only state law causes of action, the cases were transferred to this court’s docket. This court’s…
