No. 500 (“the School District”), Lenora Miller, and Sandy Kiper move the Court to dismiss Plaintiff Carmen Watson’s Amended Complaint (Docs. 35, 37, 39). For the reasons that follow, the Court grants the motions as to every claim except ADA retaliation against the School District.
