Plaintiff, the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, brings this action against Defendant, American Guardian Life Assurance Company, for trademark infringement and unfair competition under the Lan-ham Trademark Act and Pennsylvania law, seeking damages and injunctive relief. Currently before the Court are the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment and Plaintiffs motion in limine to exclude evidence.
