Plaintiff sought to recover damages in the sum of $15,138.50 of the defendants, arising out of his expulsion from Subordinate rie No. 124, Fraternal Order of Eagles. It is' difficult, indeed, from the record before us to understand what was done in the trial court; but from the transcript, supplemented hy the nunc pro tunc judgment of the trial, court, and from the brief of counsel for plaintiff in error, we infer that the order made by the trial court was treated as a final judgment in favor of defendants and against plaintiff.
