MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER
MUNSON, Chief Judge.
On January 21, 1982, this Court denied without prejudice plaintiff’s motion for *29class certification. In so doing, the Court left open the possibility that plaintiffs could come forward at a later time and properly satisfy the requirements of Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Now, the parties have come to an impasse as a result of this decision. Plaintiffs are seeking very broad discovery of defendant in hopes of meeting the numerosity requirements of Rule 23(a)(1).
