OPINION

ELLIS, Justice.

In this appeal from a summary judgment, the question is whether the trial court erred in granting a final rather than a partial summary judgment. Plaintiff, George Young, brought suit against defendants, C.E. Hodde and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc. under Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act for breach of express and implied warranties on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle purchased by the plaintiff from defendant, C.E.
