In this action for declaratory relief and breach ot contract brought against several insurance companies and brokers, plaintiffs Herman J. Tijsseling and others (hereafter collectively referred to as Tijsseling), appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of defendant General Accident Fire & Life Assurance Corporation, Ltd. (hereafter General). The dispute concerns coverage under a policy of insurance.
