BADAMI, Judge:

The appellant appeals from his conviction of three specifications of rape of his daughter, Susan, committed “at various times” between 15 January 1979 to 18 April 1980, “at various times” between 1 September 1981 and 15 December 1981, and on 23 December 1981.
