A bench trial was held before the Court on May 13 through 17, 2013, in this diver*964sity action to resolve plaintiff Steve Ris-ner’s statutory and common law claims against defendant Regal Marine Industries, Inc. The lawsuit arises out of the parties’ dispute over a pleasure boat manufactured by Regal and acquired by plaintiff.
