This action was brought to quiet title to the N. E. of the N. E. % of section 16, and also the S. E. %. of section 9, the S. of the N. E. and the N. E. of the N. E. % of section 9, all in township 9 north, range 11 east, and also known as the allotments of Mekey Bruner and Eosanna Bruner, both deceased. The plaintiff, Eliza Fish, ■alleges that she is the owner of said land by inheritance from Mekey Bruner and Losanna Bruner and in possession of the •same. The defendant, B. O.
