Plaintiff filed suit in this court seeking relief based on a disagreement over rental money allegedly owed to plaintiff. In its complaint, plaintiff claims that defendant, inter alia, breached the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Now before the court is defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs claims relating to breach of the implied covenant for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
