[1, 2] The appellant’s contention that the amount of the defendants’ compensation for services rendered in the divorce suit was determined by the decree of the chancery court, and that they are precluded from claiming more than was there allowed, and therefore that the evidence relative to the question as to whether the amount retained out of the proceeds of the decree by the defendants was in excess of the reasonable value of the services rendered is not well grounded.
