OPINION

PETERSON, Judge.

Appellant challenges the dismissal of her dental-malpractice action for failing to comply with the 180-day deadline for submitting an expert-disclosure affidavit under Minn.Stat. § 145.682, subd. 4. She argues that the district court (1) erred by declining to allow her to substitute an affidavit that identified a new expert witness *585when the expert who was identified in appellant’s previous affidavit was not qualified to give an expert opinion and (2) abused its discretion by failing to extend the deadline for submitting an expert-disclosure affidavit. We affirm.
