The plaintiff is a specially chartered corporation composed of the owners of real estate around Lake Garda in Farmington and Burlington. Lake Garda Improvement Assn. v. Town Plan & Zoning Commission, 151 Conn. 476, 478, 199 A.2d 162. The defendant Harry J. Battistoni is president of the defendant Lake Garda Company, Inc., and owns 50 percent of the corporation’s stock, the balance of which is owned by his wife and daughter.
