The defendant department of developmental services 1 appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the decision of the workers’ compensation commissioner (commissioner) awarding the plaintiff, Kenneth McFarland, temporary total disability payments, interest 2 and attorney’s fees.
