This case arises from an action brought by the plaintiff, Hawley Avenue Associates, LLC, for the recovery of unpaid rent allegedly due from the defendant, Robert D. Russo, M.D. & Associates Radiology, P.C. The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered, after a trial to the court, in favor of the defendant.
