Plaintiff City of New York (the “City”) has brought this action against Defendants, alleging violations of civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (hereinafter “RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961, et seq., New York General Business Law § 349 and common law fraud. 1 Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages and injunc-tive relief, in the form of an end to Defendants’ allegedly fraudulent and illegal activities, and attorney’s fees.
