The plaintiffs, 4 K & D Corporation d/b/a Grand Estates Auction Company (“Grand Estates”), Deborah Jarol, and Sherwin Jarol1 bring this action alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., and New York General Business Law §§ 349 and 350. The plaintiffs also bring a claim for tortious interference with contractual and business relationships.
