On March 19, 2012, Plaintiff Charita Douglas, a limousine driver, filed this suit against her former employer, Chariots for Hire, and its management, seeking unpaid wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 207. The Court subsequently granted Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Amend her Complaint to pursue a “collective action” on behalf of similarly situated employees at the company.
