PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
On February 7, 2013, Plaintiff Shannon Wigent (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint against Science Applications International Corporation, now known as Leídos Holdings, Inc. (“Leídos” or “Defendant”), in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii. (Doc. No. 1 (“Notice of Removal”) Ex. A.)
