SESSIONS, Chief Judge.

In this action, plaintiffs Leslie and Joanne Adel claim that Leslie Adel contracted Legionnaires’ disease from a contaminated water supply maintained by the defendants. The defendants have filed a motion for summary judgment (Doc. 78). As part of their argument, the defendants claim that the opinion of the plaintiffs’ expert, Dr. Jennifer Clancy, is inadmissible under the Federal Rules of Evidence.
