Plaintiff William Hinchliffe brings this civil action against his former employer Costco Wholesale Corp. for breach of contract. 1 Presently before the Court is Co-steo’s Third Motion for Summary Judgment, which is styled as its “Renewed Second Motion for Summary Judgment.” 2 (Doc. 111).
