This suit was filed in the 37th District Court of Bexar County, Texas, by Volker Grasso, plaintiff in error here, against Cannon Ball Motor Freight Lines, and Universal Casualty Company to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by Grasso as the result of the negligence of Cannon Ball Motor Freight Lines.
