Republic National Bank of Dallas brought this action against National Bankers Life Insurance Company asking for the recovery of damages allegedly sustained as a result of the repudiation by National Bankers Life Insurance Company of an agreement between Interstate Life Insurance Company and International Mortgage Corporation.
