Actions by Marilyn Sims for personal injuries and by her husband, Rodney C. Sims, for property damage, medical expenses, and loss of his wife’s services against Gary C. Bennyhoff, Alice Welch, and Hallett Construction Company, arising out of an automobile collision. The trial court directed a verdict in favor of defendant Alice Welch, d.b.a. Service Cab Company.
