SANCTION: ATTORNEY DISBARRED

A trial in this matter was held on August 9, 2001 before the Presiding Disciplinary Judge (“PDJ”) and Hearing Board members Richard P. Holme and Barbara Weil Gall, both members of the bar. Gregory G. Sapa-koff represented the People of the State of Colorado (the “People”). Craig L. Truman represented the respondent Marilyn Biggs Adkins (“Ms.Adkins”) who was also present.
