This is j original proceeding by plaintiffs for a writ of prohibition to the Hon. P. L. Gassoway, judge of the district court of Coal county, Mr. Felix Wheeler, taxpayer, and Hon. E. Moore, acting county attorney of Coal county, to prohibit said respondents from proceeding further and from assuming to exercise furthef jurisdiction in a cause now pending in the district court of Coal county before said 1-Ion.
